At CandyShoppe Hair Salon, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. To maintain a high level of service, we kindly request that you comply with our salon policies. This includes reserving all services when scheduling your appointment and arriving on time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

PLEASE ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN/Add'l GUESTS. Allowed unless being serviced.
48-HR Cancellation fee for 50% FEE
72 HR CANCELLATION FEE for Color/Keratin/ Amino Acid Treatments. 75% FEE
NO-SHOW FEE- 100% Fee that must be paid before rescheduling next appointment.
NEW & RETURNING Guests (Any Guest Not Serviced In The Last 6 months)- A Credit Card Deposit of $75 is required & credited towards services booked.
CORRECTIVE COLOR DEPOSIT- $120 Deposit
Services are non refundable. If not satisified, we will make adjustments, if notified within 7 days.
There will be a $15 surcharge fee applied if color/relaxer/ is mixed and guest decides not to receive chemical service.
* ($25 for Amino Acid/Keratin Treatment)
Consultations are available for $25 and are credit towards future services...Virtual consults are available as well and are based on individual need starting at $35.
Surcharge of 25% is required for appointments requested on closed days
In order to for you to receive a relaxing experience please refrain from cell phone use during your shampoo by turning phone to mute or vibrate during this relaxed time remainder of salon visit.
